As a person who wears wigs, weaves, and hairpieces due to genetic balding, I am fascinated with hair culture. From judge wigs, to chemo, to fashion, to hairpieces for all races – hair plays a major role in society and culture.
The Highest Hair examines Hair History and presents a view for the future: several sculptural headpiece wearables created with hair, lights, and sensors that celebrate our unique beauty.
