The LoveboX is an eerie illuminated fixture from the 80s, a boombox stuck in time,
but with strange cables, knobs and sensors from the future hanging off of it in all directions.
After twilight, the cables and knobby bits have an exciting and inviting glow, something is about to happen, look over here!
LoveboX was first created for interaction by hundreds of enthusiastic participants around the world.
Participants played together, 3 at a time, and LoveboX created friendship around the one thing that is common to all of us: the heartbeat.
Participants interact with LoveboX by placing their fingers in the heartbeat sensor. LoveboX reads their heartbeat and plays it back as a percussive noise!
Together, the community creates an ambient drum machine.
